We understand that finding the perfect domestic staff for your home may seem like an overwhelming process at times, and so many factors need to be taken into consideration when making the best decision for your needs. We also believe that every client deserves quality, professional and trustworthy domestic service. Our agency's "Six Steps to Success" is the key to our success:

Step One: Time to Learn

​

We listen and learn about you and your needs! What is your household's personality and dynamic? What are your preferences and what has worked and not worked in the past? 

​

Step Two: Katie's Matchmaking Expertise Begins...

​

No one quite knows the secret of Katie's staffing magic, but she is the matchmaking queen. Each candidate is personally hand-selected and referred by our Placement Director extraordinaire, whose knack for pairing two-and-two together is unmatched. 
​

Step Three: Meet-and-Greet

​

We schedule interviews at your convenience, and you are introduced to a variety of candidates for thoughtful and informative conversations. Generally, the initial interview will be a FaceTime or Zoom and then if that goes well and both parties wish to proceed, an in-person interview at the client's residence would be the next step. ​​​
​

Step Four: Take a Test Run

​

Upon positive interview feedback from both parties, we will proceed in scheduling a trial day or days for you and the prospective candidate(s) to spend more time together, continue discussions and for the candidate to work a typical, "day-in-the-life" in residence.

Step Five: Signed, Sealed & Delivered 

​

Once the trial has been successfully completed and if both parties wish to proceed, we will initiate the placement paperwork. We provide a professional work agreement which outlines and includes but is not limited to: Job details, salary and benefits, job responsibilities, household rules, vacation and paid holiday terms. Once the work agreement has been signed by all parties and all placement items have been received by the agency, your placement is ready to start!​
