Full-time Nanny or Housekeeper Placement (40+ hours per week)
15% of the annual salary
Part-time Nanny or Housekeeper Placement (under 40 hours per week)
18% of the annual salary
Domestic Staffing Placements
(ex: chef, estate manager, personal assistant, etc.)
25% of the annual salary
Baby Nurse/Newborn Care Specialist Placements
30% of the cumulative salary
Temporary Placements
30% of the cumulative salary
NANNIES & HOUSEKEEPERS
Though each individual candidate will have their own unique salary and benefit request we find, as an average, current salary ranges for nannies and housekeepers will fall within the below guidelines. Please note, these salary ranges are for a standard, experienced, qualified nanny who meets the KFA standards of placement. There are some nannies who are considered “executive level” nannies who may have higher salary requirements. Additionally, should you have any special circumstances or needs, the nanny salary request may be higher. Examples of such requests or circumstances may be as follows:
1. Nannies with teaching certifications or experience
2. More rare language requests (Mandarin, Russian, etc.)
3. Working "on-call" or a work schedule where the off-days change weekly
4. Larger families who have 4+ children
5. Heavy travel
6. If the family has a child with extensive medical, behavioral or emotional needs or personalized care program
FULL-TIME HOURLY SALARY RATES
$35 per hour for a 40+ hours a week
PART-TIME HOURLY SALARY RATES
$35 per hour for any hours worked
BABY NURSE/NEWBORN CARE SPECIALISTS
Rates vary and fluctuate based on candidate availability, single baby or multiples, 24-hour or night care. Please contact us for a personalized quote, based on your needs.
DOMESTIC STAFFING PLACEMENTS
Chef $100 + per hour
Chauffeur $100,000+ annual salary
Governess $150,000+ annual salary
Personal Assistant $60+ per hour
House Manager $125,000+ annual salary
Estate Manager $250,000+ annual salary
Domestic Couple $175,000+annual salary
Standard benefits provided are as follows:
1. Minimum of two weeks paid vacation, per year
2. Paid holidays (6-8 total)
Additional, optional but common benefits paid by clients:

Use of a car for on-the-job and personal use (live-in only) if the candidate doesn’t have her/his own vehicle

Pertaining to nanny positions, though we’re happy to discuss with a prospective candidate use of their own vehicle to transport the children, upon your request, we don’t recommend this as standard practice due to liability concerns.

Stipend for continuing nanny education (to cover industry conference attendance, memberships, workshops and training programs, etc.
